    I have connected an HP officejet 4650 to a pavilion 23 all-in-one desktop running windows 10.  I installed the drivers from the provided CD and when I try to print any file, the file displays on the print jobs for the printer but is immediately deleted.  I have tried downloading the drivers from the HP website and have stopped and cleared the print spooler and restarted it but the problem persists.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi sengiremage,

    Has your issue been resolved?

    (1) Please check how your HP OfficeJet 4650 looks in [Devices and Printers]?
        [Control Panel] > [Hardware and Sound] > [Devices and Printers]

    (2) Please check if a service [Print Spooler] running?
        [Windows] logo key + [R] > type "services.msc" (without quote)

    If (1) and (2) won't work, please insert screenshots of [HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer] properties.
    There are many tabs in printer properties. Please provide all of them, if possible.
