I am attempting to dowload a template from Microsoft office on-line. When I go to download the template it is telling me that my Microsoft Office XP Professional: Product not Activated. I have made no changes to my computer. This is the orginal office software that I purchased with my computer from Dell. I have attempted to activate my product but when I go to all of my office products (word, excell, powerpoint, etc) they are all telling me that my product has been activated.
