CRM 2015 ru 1 online - case screen hangs when opened RRS feed

  • I have a custom button on the contact form that when clicked loads a new case window with certain parameters completed, however when the button is clicked and the new case window is opened it freezes and the message 'Loading Business Logic' is displayed (ie, forefox and chrome all experience the same problem), after the page is refreshed (F5) the page is then loaded. Have disabled the online code, Business logic etc. but the problem remains.  There are no error messages appearing on the ie developer tool or in Fiddler - as this is a CRM Online version I'm kind of stuck as to know what else to do.  Has anyone got any suggestions or seen this problem before?

    I have the same except F5 doesn't fix it. Any idea what's causing it?
