Delete Backup Set

I would like to delete a backup set because i think it is taking up too much hard disk space but I am not allowed to delete it.
What do i need to do to delete it. I followed the FAQ How to Delete Backups but still on access.

It may also help to take ownership of the backup folder. To take ownership Run CMD (as administrator) and type: takeown [path] /f <filename or folder>

I have followed the directions in the link and have been able to delete some files but not all. I have two computers in the One Care folder and both computers have a year folder that I have control of and ownership of but still cannot gain ownership or control of their sub folders or files. This is extremely frustrating.
