My computer came preinstalled with with Windows 7. I have run sevreal scan, tried different things, and even did a system restore and t did not change.

  • Your copy of Windows which is installed is Pirated. The OEM SLP serial in use on your system is a Windows 7 OEM SLP Ultimate Lenovo serial.

This serial was first leaked from the company before Windows 7 was about to start shipping there OEM systems with this serial in use on them.

It quickly got abused on the internet and was used in hackers illegal activation hacks/cracks (BIOS SLIC loaders etc)

The company did not ship there systems with this serial on them. Microsoft then blacklisted the serial with the WAT update.

Your system is showing as having a HPOEM SLIC table. Which shows that a loader has been used on your system.

You will need to purchase a genuine copy of Windows 7 from the Microsoft Store and do a clean install.

  • Return the new computer to the seller and request a full refund.  There is an unauthorized copy of Windows 7 Ultimate installed.  The alternative is no contact Sony Support and order their OEM Windows recovery disc designed for that specific Sony computer model number.
