Windows Live OneCare won't stay open RRS feed

    I have installed and have been using Windows Live OneCare for some months but currently I am having a problem with keeping it open....I open the file, it appears briefly but then almost immediately I get the error message 'Windows Live OneCare has encountered a problem and must close...and then asks if I want to report the problem with Microsoft'....

    I have tried reinstalling it but still get the same result...I just cannot accesss the application anymore.  It may or may not have to do with other problems that I am currently having (e.g. staying connected to aol, and messages that tell me that my hard drive is 85% full, but I don't know where to begin to eliminate excess files)  Please advise
