    Hi,

          I am having troubles with outlook client on on-premise CRM 2013 installation. The issue is when the client tries to open contact form from outlook client, it gives following error:

    1.  I have disabled our JavaScript on the Contact form to rule out that the issue is not linked to any of custom code.

    After removing the JS, the issue still occurs

    2. I have exported the Contact entity and global ribbon to look for any customisation done directly on the ribbon. But cannot find any JavaScript related customisation there.

    3. Ran fiddler to search for any obvious error but this error is not getting trapped there as well

    4. The file being complained by Outlook is ribbon.js and below are Fiddler traces of this file (nothing in there, empty)

    Any clues what is going on? Assuming it is a product bug. Has anyone else has similar encounters?
