Ok, one day I could not open IE. I got the message "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again..." I did a file search and cannot find iexplore.exe. I did not download anything before or remove anything before that I can recall. I use Norton and install the LIveUpdates and that is about it. About a month or so before IE started opening up windows left and right. There were about 30 or so open, blank, and non functioning. The only way I could close them was in task manager. I solved that problem by uninstalling IE 8 beta and went back to 7, did a massive virus cleaning and the problem was fixed. Now this. I have tried reinstalling 7 and 8 and non will install now. I cant figure this out HELP!
