Invalid License

Question
-
Hi there,
I bought a computer some weeks ago, with Vista pre-installed. I had to format the computer and create my own partitions for several OS. I re-installed Vista again, and it asked me to activate. I tried, but I got the message about Invalid License. Then I used the phone system, filled my installation id, and started receiving my confirmation id. But the call cut after the first numbers!
Now, when I try to phone again and fill with my numbers, I got a message telling me that the license has already been registered. Then I can get a support on the phone, but he speaks chinese and I don't.
So, how can I solve this problem?!
Vista will stop tomorrow.
Fortunately, after having so many troubles with Microsoft and their WGA, I'm going to a Linux solution. But I want to keep Vista for my family, who is not that at ease with Linux.
Hope you can help me.
Here is the DR.
Thanks in advance,

Ok, I succeeded to get an english speaker on the phone, a nice Hong Kong girls actually. She gave me another confirmation ID, and it worked. At least Windows said that it was activated, but I didn't try to play with it that much. I assume it should be ok.Wednesday, March 5, 2008 5:27 AM

Hello godbout,
I didn't see any other issues in your Diagnostic Report, so Yes, the Activating by Phone should have resolve the issue.
