cannot 'load data' in email router config tool - see error about unable to retrieve user and queue info ?


  • When I click 'load' data, I 'm asked for  for username and password. If I cancel, or enter my  username and password, I see the error below. 

    I enabled logging , but I don't see any new log message.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Can you check the Event Viewer on the server where the Email Router is installed? Also, are you certain that the URL and credentials you have specified are correct?
