The installation is counterfeit.
The Key is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key
You have a hacker's Activation Exploit installed in an attempt to bypass activation/validation requirements.
The installation of Office Enterprise is probably also counterfeit, being based on a Volume License edition.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.

Hi Noel, Thanks for your quick response and sorry for my late one. I think my main point of confusion, though, is why this fake copy notification is coming to me only after 5 long years of using my laptop?Wednesday, August 7, 2013 6:23 AM

Is there a COA on the case?
For which version and edition of Windows is it valid?
Have you ever taken the machine in for repairs/service?
