re : create reports (rdlc) on fly for desktop application

Hi all

i am new to reporting services, please anybody help me,
am working on desktop application using .net 3.5, we need to generate rdlc reports on fly, end user can build there own customised reports, is it possible to do like this, if possible please guid me.
