Time Tracking in CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Please suggest how to implement KPI calculation for case custom / ootb entities in CRM 2011....   
    for e.g. calculate time tracking (AutoTime start upon Open and stop by Close .......Can be timed manually for User)

  • Just to clarify, you want a "stop/start" mechanism to perform time tracking in CRM? If so, you would need to do some custom development to build some sort of web resource in CRM, or a stand-alone custom windows application. Alternatively, you could look at the CRM Marketplace and see if any ISVs have developed anything that meets you requirements.
