    I wanna use this sync framework for metro app.

    if by Sync Framework, you mean the SDK and if by Metro app, you mean WinRT, the answer is no.

    you might want to look at Sync Framework Toolkit instead, there are samples there for HTML5 and Isolated Storage.

    but my app is wpf based. so I understand that, it is not possible to use this SDK for my scenario..

    wpf? or metro? you should be able to use the toolkit even if its WPF...i suggest you have a look at the toolkit...
