Crystal report printing problem RRS feed

    I installed a new card printer and use crystal report to make report.

    When application runs, print preview of this report show good, but when I click on the print button sometimes two error occur

    1. A message shows incorrect parameter and it interrupts printing
    1. An error from Windows printer job is shown about  the temporary crystal report file, no print is done and then the spooler is filled with one file and you can not empty it until Windows restart

     

    Consider that

    -These errors sometimes happen not every time

    -When I use other printer everything is OK and print is done

    -VS ver: 2010 crystal ver:13 application: C# winform windows:XP sp2

     

    Can anyone help to solve it

    Printer driver has nothing to do with Crystal report though. Look for a new driver for your printer.

    Or does your code throw any exception?

    Code does not throw exception.

    I tested printer via a demo application (written by Delphi from printer company) and it has no problem.

    What is the difference between my app and demo app
