Where should I post questions for Windows servers, GPO, ADFS...etc?

HI everyone,

Hope you can help :) I just submitted some Windows servers questions to social.technet.microsoft.com back in couple months ago. But now I could not find a place to post those questions anymore... So where is the right place for those questions? I really like the social.technet.microsoft.com as there are always people replying with great solutions... Will the new site provide alerts to tell someone replied to you? Besides, anyway I can transfer all of my question record in technet to the new site?

Now I have some adfs questions want to ask and hope you can help.
