  Hi sankowski,

   

  0014-80072ee7 is a failure of being able to download a required file for OneCare, more specifically because of an internet connectivity issue. May I ask if you are using a wireless connection? If you are you may try to connect your computer using an ethernet cable or what we can call as hardwire connection.

  As Aiscer indicated, 0014 means that something is preventing the download of the required program components for installation.
