how to get the original instalation software after formated disc? RRS feed

  • Hi
    can anybody help me?
    i have the product key but when i bought the pc they didn't gave any disc...
    my PC is a packard bell with licence for windows xp home edition NEC
    Is there any place where i cuold download the software and validate with my product key?

Recovery Media is specific to your computer manufacturer. Contact your manufacturer and request them to send you a copy of the Recovery Media. Since the telephone number and websites are not maintained by Microsoft we cannot make any warranty as to their validity.

  • are you able to press F11 when the computer boots to access the recovery manager
