e-Learning keep getting "There has been a problem with your transaction. Your credit card was not charged and..." RRS feed

  • Trying to check out purchasing e-Learning, I keep getting "There has been a problem with your transaction. Your credit card was not charged and
    your e-learning products will remain in your Shopping Cart.
    Please try again later." 
    Same result all day. Tried changing credit cards. No change.
