Need MCITP certificate RRS feed

    I took the exams for database administration 2008 in 2011. I passed both exams to obtain the MCITP certificate. To date I never received any correspondence or certificate from Microsoft. I need to present the certificate ASAP. I only received an email with an  MC ID number. I'd taken the exam with PROMETRIC at the time. Please advise, thanks.
