Okay, i got the a System_service_exception blue screen error on a new desktop i built. I restarted in Safe Mode.

I have no idea what this last bit of information means, or what to do about it and how to stop these persistent blue screen errors, a while ago they would only happen once every blue moon, and my bad luck, they would always happen when i wasn't around, so
i would never be able to do anything about it. Now though, i cant seem to have the comp on for more than a few minutes before this gets thrown at me.
Suggestions of what to do and knowledge of what all this info means would be very helpful, thank you.
