  It gives you a voucher that has to be used at Prometric's website. I am planning on taking 3 exams and this saves me $57 off the regular price and gives me a Second Shot on all of them, essentially for free. The down side is that you have to pay for all 3 at once ($318) and they have to be used before the end of the year, but I think its worth it.
