Hello ananya450,
Your Windows is currently using a well known leaked Lenovo OEM Product Key that was leaked to the internet before Windows 7 was released. Since it was leaked before Windows 7 was released, Lenovo and Microsoft were able to remove the key before any copies of Windows 7 (or PCs with copies of Windows 7 pre-installed) were ever sold. Meaning this key was never officially released or sold and is Not a Genuine Product Key.
I recommend contacting the person or company that sold you this Non-Genuine copy of Windows (or who sold you the PC that included this Non-Genuine copy of Windows) and demand a full refund.
Thank you,
