We have CRM deployed on premise and like to start using it, now I'm facing an issue with routed e-mails and on CRM I see there's a lot of errors with event ID 17174 being generated whenever I receive an e-mail address to my inbox.
There's no Exchange server on Premise, we are using a hosted Exchange and it seems after I configured the e-mail router configuration the test passes without any issues however, i'm not sure which e-mail should I be approving ? Is it my e-mail or should I setup
a forward e-mail and set it up on E-mail router configuration ?
My current configuration is as following:
Configuration Profiles tab (Incoming profile) (Advanced tab has default settings)
E-mail server Type: Exchange 2010
Authentication Type: Windows Authentication
Location Server: https://west.exch028.serverdata.net/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Access Credentials: Other specified Specified
Domain administrator login account
Configuration Profiles tab (Outgoing profile) (Advanced tab has default settings)
E-mail server Type: SMTP
Authentication Type: Windows Authentication
Location Server: https://west.exch028.serverdata.net
Access Credentials: Local System Account
Deployments tab
MIcrosoft Dynamics CRM server: http://crm.servername/company_name
Access Credentials: Local System Account
Users, queues, and forward mailboxes.
in User queue I have one forward user (With no Mailbox)
in Forward, I have the same forward user (With no Mailbox)
I would really appreciate some help.
Thanks
