  • Question

  • I have just reinstalled XP MCE on an Advent PC (SLA Protected) - since installing all the updates and the Windows Genuine update I get an error saying it is unable to determine if my version of windows is genuine?

I have run the tool as advised and here are the results...

When I click on the star in the toolbar i am not able to access the genuine offers nor is it able to offer me information on invalid product keys.  I understand and respect the need to do this Microsoft but yet I again I feel let down by poor programming and an inabilty to have researched this prior to launching it onto thousands of PCs, I just hope you get it right with Vista otherwise I will return back to my trusting MAC!!

I would appreciate your support on this matter.

    Many thanks
