Mail merge - one to many, how do I do it? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have custom entity called Timesheet that is connected to the Account. Account has a one to many relationship with Timesheet. I want to create a mail merge taking the account details and then take data from a specific Timesheet record. How can I get this done either via the default system or a paid solution?

  • hi sebd,

Yes this is a big wish for me too, but it isn't possible out of the box.

    you can..

    -create a report or

-buy an add on, f.e mscrmaddons documentscorepack, weich is of course one of the greatest products ever, but you need to check if the price is ok for you.

  • I didn't understand the licence agreement. It seems you have to purchase the core product and then additional user licences - is this correct?

I m wondering if the same thing can be achieved by using Sharepoint?

  • Hello !

We have several different possibilities to license the product. If you have questions regarding the license of DocumentsCorePack, please send me a short email with your requirements and I we can discuss what license type would fit best for you.

Please send the email to officeATmscrm-addons.com.
