Site slowly loosing MSN ranking

Hello,

I'm sure this has been asked before in this forum. Nevertheless, I could not find anything directly related.

My site although fairly new (September 2008') is indexed in MSN, Yahoo, and Google. About 2 weeks ago, MSN rated my site as 5 stars (very exciting...). However today I looked and it was a lowly 1 star

Could somebody please explain why this could happen?

I have been faithfully adding content practically every day since the site's inception.

Frustrating... maybe somebody else has gone through this and can tell me what to look for?

Hi Dan,

You seem to have a fairly decent rank, especially for how young your site is. I show that we have 139 pages in our index, which seems on par with the rest. How are you ranking for your keywords?

Hi Dan,

It's early days for your site I think. I read once that when a new site is added to the search engines it gets quite a bit of attention, but as time goes by things level out and the ranking will drop to a more realistic level for that site.

Do remember that rankings are changing all the time though. Keep faithfully adding content and links in/out and it'll pick up for sure.
