Unfortunately, your copy of Windows 7 is not genuine - it is using an MSDN key which is not for sale outside an MSDN subscription. You should read the Announcements and Stickies - particularly the Blocked Keys sticky, and the Buying Safely Online sticky for details of what's happened, and what to do now.Your first action should be to attempt to claim a refund from your vendor.
