    Hi all,

    ribbon is not displayed on lead entity open form.other entities working fine.if any one knows solution please help me.

    Did you import any solution or  any other customization with respect to lead?

    Had the same problem once with CRM 2011 Online.

    Installed rollup 12 and upgraded to IE 9 (from ie8)

    And the problem was fixed.

    In rollup 13 there is another fix
    When the security role settings are configured so that a group of icons are hidden, ribbons are not displayed.

    Hi,

    Create a solution and try to export the sitemap and ribbon button customization and check does it commented in XML code?
