Windows Live ID Invalid?!

  I started a hotmail account just for windows live onecare, and i swear i used it when i put one care on my computer. now my parents are trying to put it on their comps with other 2 uses and when it asks for the login it says there is no onecare under that id. i may be wrong with the email that i used, even tho i went to hotmail to see if the login worked and it does..and i have never started another hotmail. i tried getting my onecare to tell me which email i used, but i can't figure it out HELP!
