How Can I Validate?

Question
-
I brought a Laptop from France. While I buy the laptop it was in French so I asked the shop to put English operating systems, but they said I can install windows software from any English version CD then I brought it to SriLanka and using my friends windows xp service pack 2 CD I formated the hard disk and installed service pack two and entered his CD's product key, then I installed the service pack 3 update pack. Now the system says my system is not a genuiene product, but backsite of my laptop I have Microsoft's proof of license sticker and product key on the sticker. how can i enter that product key which is in the sticker and make my system is a licensed product?Monday, June 29, 2009 11:12 AM

Hello hejhcgfdfhgvt
Right now, your computer has a Volume Licensing edition of XP Pro installed (Line 10), and that installation was done with an invalid Volume Licensing Key (VLK) (Line 2). A VLK is classified as "invalid" if it was not authentically generated by Microsoft, but instead was generated by software counterfeiters using a pirating program known as a key generator (keygen). Also, a note about Volume Licenses. As a rule, VL editions of XP should not be sold to individual consumers. Businesses, schools and gov'ts normally use VL editions for flexibility in installing many computers. Also, Volume Licenses for Windows XP are Upgrade licenses ONLY and cannot be used as the original or base license for a new computer.
This is why you were seeing the "software counterfeiting" messages on your computer, because the current installation of XP is an unauthorized installation.
I would recommend contacting the person or company that sold you the software and demand the Genuine Microisoft Software that you paid for (or at the very least, a refund). I also recommend that you to file a piracy report by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/piracy .
Thank you,

Hello Justin_Prashanth
In order to receive the best support, we request all users initially download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool (MGADiag.exe) at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Click "Continue", click the “Windows” tab, and click the "Copy" button then “Paste” the report into a reply message in this thread.
Thank you,
