Can't Activate Office 2003

Question
-
Hi!
I had Office 2000 Premium on my computer when I got it.
I have upgraded to Office Professional 2003, but cannot activate it.
When I click on "Activate", nothing happens...
Any help gratefully appreciated.
Cheers :-)

How to troubleshoot problems that you may experience when
you try to activate an Office product:

Thanks Carey
Have tried that, but to no effect I'm afraid...
When I click Help then Activate, nothing happens - how can I get the Activation Wizard to work, please?
Cheers :-)

Thanks!
Yeah - that's the exact problem, but that fix doesn't work for me - I delete the file and try Activating again, but nothing happens, other than that file re-appearing...
Any other options?
Cheers :-)

Hi Roger,
Hmmm...I think you have momentarily stumped us!
I would suggest opening a technical support request with us where we will be able to email with you back and forth.
Make sure you provide the diagnostic output and when you talk to the engineer, make note of the KB articles that you have already tried so they can enter this into your case file.
Thanks,

Thanks - I am temporarily using the trial version of Office 2007, so at least I can get my work done!
Will have to unload it and give Office 2003 another try in June...
Will try the above then - think it's got something to do with a registry entry or something?
Cheers :-)
