Hi dear Sony, I brought A SOny Laptop VGN-SR220J. After I run window Vista about 1 mon smoothly, I got a problem with OneCare or Else. The problem I'm having right now is e'rytime I turn on this unit, OneCare small window icon come up request me to ativate. Somehow, I do not follow the activation ... I skip that step, then I got a problem later on. My window Vista start got slow dramaticly and finally I got freeze. I even could not turn this unit off. I had to remove power cord and battery to shut off. Never before I have this problem with other brand as HP & Toshiba. Unfortunately, this Sony seems require too much register out of my patience. Do Sony have any idea to help me with or show me how to ease this problem or show me to turn off the OneCare Service. Thankzzzz. Warm Regard, Tien Vu
