"Look Up Record"-Window broken since Update Rollup 18 (CRM 2011) RRS feed

    Hi everyone,

    we made an update of our crm 2011-system this Weekend and installed Rollup 18 successfully. Unfortunately we have a problem since this update, the window "Look Up Record" is displayed wrong:

    The records are not displayed, only the Grey background can be seen and the search fields are appear on the bottom of the window.

    We have recognized this issue with IE8, IE9, IE11 and Firefox. In Chrome the records are displayed but the "Ok"-Button doesn't work and the search fields are still on the bottom of the window and cover the other Buttons ("Properties" and "New")

    If I "cancel" the window I get the following error-report:
