Problem installing SQL 2008 Management Studio Express RRS feed

    Hello. I have installed the SQL Server Management Express Studio 2008 . This is a fresh installation and the problem is that when I set it as a new installation, it passes all the criteria on the rule check except for Restart, where I am instructed to restart my computer before proceeding. I have done so, both by leaving the programme open and by closing it down, prior to restarting but when I have done so and download the programme again, I get the same message. My computer uses Windows Vista. Thank you
