Cannot get the Validation Code I got from the Validation Tool to work?????

Question
-
I am trying to download Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode. Both of them ask me to download the validation tool. I downloaded it but it did not work saying I need to get the latest version for that or update my system clock???? Anyways, I re-synchronzed my system clock with time.windows.com and then tried running the tool again but it still did not work. So I looked around and downloaded the tool off of an answer here http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/01621833-989c-49fa-b9e2-2221ba9ed4db/windows-genuine-advantage-validation-tool-kb892130?forum=genuinewindowsxp. The tool I dowloaded was from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Now I ran that thing and this is what I got.

My Windows 7 Ultimate should be real. I already validated it through http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/help/genuine/what-is-validation. Anyways, I saw that the validation code was 0 and typed that and tried to download the Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode but got another error page. I have no idea what the problem is! Why is downloading so hard? Please, I just need some help validating and downloading those two tools. I hope I get a reply asap.

You have a counterfeit installation of Windows - by definition.
Your machine is a Toshiba, but here is a SLIC table apparently present for a Lenovo machine - which cannot happen without the installation of a hacker's Activation Exploit. Such installations are in breach of the licensing agreement and are by definition counterfeit.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.

Please use Internet Explorer when downloading Microsoft software. Currently, you are using the Chrome browser.
