MS CRM 2016 - Interactive Service Hub Sub Area is not getting visible to other Security Roles RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

    In MSCRM  - Interactive Service Hub Sub Area is getting visible to System Admin Security Roles, but for other security role users it is not getting visible.

    Do i need to give any specific permissions for the Security roles.

    Please help in this regards.

  • Hi Team,

    Got the solution, The user should be part of Out of the Box "CSR Manager" Role. Once you add  "CSR Manager"  security role to the User then 

    Interactive Service Hub Sub Area will get visible in Sitemap.
