Is the source file corrupted such that it does not download properly?
If so, is there a mirror site or any solution?
Downloading the LCDS v2.5 English from this page to local Windows 7 PC (32 bit)
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/training/lcds-thankyou.aspx yields the File Download Security Warnign window
Name: LCDSv2.5 exe ; Type: Application 59.9 MB.
When I choose [Save], the resulting file LCDSv2.5.exe is only 33KB and download time is appropriate for the small size.
Clicking the file name to install returns the message "LCDSv25.exe is not a valid win32 application".
I downloaded the spanish version LCDSv2.3spa.exe and it transfers 59.6 MB as expected.
Clicking the LCDSv2.3spa.exe begins the extraction process and then asks to continue. (I did not).
I have returned to the site periodically over a week's time to see if it is a transient condition but the result is the same.
the Spanish version download is a Winrar file, but the english is just an exe.
Has anyone experienced this?
