Equpit Live OneCare. RRS feed

  • I have had my Live OneCare account for awhile and it is still active through January 2009. I just purchased Equipt and it has a one year subscription to Live OneCare. After installation I noticed that now I have two accounts, one with 5 months remaining and one with 1 year remaining. I email support, but got a return email that was cryptic enough to be of no help. I called support and there were very nice, but was unable to help. They indicated the the Live OneCare account in Equipt is no the same as the standard Live OneCare account. I'm wondering if this was my fault or was this possablity no concidered when Equipt was made avaiable. Is there no way to combine an excisting Live OneCare account with the Equipt account?
