CRM 4 Outlook Client - Not syncing all the System User Accounts RRS feed

    I am trying to get the outlook client to go offline and render its pages. After some exacting time spent looking into logs and tracing I have found that not all the System User accounts are being synced to the outlook client. The most not ably are the SYSTEM and INTERGRATION account.

    So I have CRM and the associated client in our development domain.

    I have the user in our QA domain, (Don’t ask why).

    I have noticed that all the QA Domain account our Synced but the others are not. Is there any insight on this issue?

  • I have found the answer to this issue. The problem was that we had unsupported customization in our CRM environment. I had to go back and place proper values in some of our pick list. Once done the synchronization process worked without issue.
