This problem started today. Have been able to get on the computer off and on. Did the MGA Diag and will copy the results. Reading some other people's problems and what they did. I did take off my Avast in safe mode so would like to get this resolved. I don't have the service pack 2 installed and didn't know if I should do this or not. Anyways, any help would be appreciated.

Your system appears to be properly activated - and the only thing that remains is to update to SP2 (use Windows Updates) which should force a Validation check anyhow, but you could reset the validation cache by going to www.microsoft.com/genuine/validateWhat Anti-Virus are you using now?
