can't set regarding in crm outlook client RRS feed

    I currently have a user here who is unable to set who an email is regarding once they have tracked it in CRM.  when they click on regarding it should normally bring up the "look for" box, allowing them to set and account, contact etc to attach the email to.  Instead it simply brings up a blank white box.

     

    I have checked it on other users machines and it works fine on theirs.  I have also checked that the rest of CRM works ok through outlook on this users machine and that also works fine.  On restarting outlook this user gets no errors.

     

    Has anyone seen a similar problem before or have any suggestions on a possible solution?
