    Hello,

    We are currently having our on-premise MS CRM 2015.

    However, now we wish to switch to mobile phone application access for the system.

    Can we suggest appropriate emulators for iOS, Windows and Android.

    How to go about and how to begin/get-started initially.

    Hi Sruthi,

    If you are using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 machine, you can directly install Dynamics CRM App from the store and use it.

    You are saying On-Premise MS CRM 2015. The current Dynamics App works on IFD or on online. Check the feasibility before you start any thing on this.
