Hi Timmy,
That's my pleasure. So, in order to be an expert in a particular technology you need to practice a lot. However, if you clear the microsoft ceritification you will be expert in that technology. Here are some of the links for the MS certification:
1> Newsgroup for MS certification - http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.cert.exam.mcad&tid=f41b7150-e80b-4d06-8f72-ecace3c9e5fd&cat=en_US_f4df170f-918f-4d2a-8009-03edb706e632&lang=en&cr=US&sloc=
2> froum for MS certifications - http://forums.microsoft.com/hongkong/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=2148&SiteID=82
Hope that works.
Thanks & regards,
