Can I install an earlier version as it looks like my renewal will occur befor V2 stops crashing. RRS feed

  • Question

  •

Hopefully the title is fairly self expanatory, if I can revert to an earlier version where do I get the installation files?

  • OneCare will always install the latest bits, no matter what version of the installer you use, as it goes online to check before installing.

Have you worked with support on trying to resolve why OneCare is crashing?

  • Yes I have one outstanding; fundamentally it's an excellently seamless utility but I have had several tickets for it since I started using it.

Without going in to detail here it is crashing on c++ debug assetion errors. At 62 you can imagine that I have tried the rest and would prefer to stick with Onecare so maybe I'll bite the bullet and persevere.

    Thanks for your reply
