Does Gmail work on Windows Live Mail ?

  <p>&nbsp; Because Verizon has opted out of the email business, I have created a test Gmail account and want to switch to Gmail.</p><p>&nbsp; Have added this gmail account to my Windows Live Mail, but for reasons I can not fathom, I can not open it. Live Mail keeps telling me the server has rejected my sign-in or password.</p><p>&nbsp; Are there unique settings needed to run Gmail msg accts on Windows LIve Mail, or is Gmail not compatible with Windows Live Mail? </p><p>&nbsp; Would appreciate some help here as I can fathom why I am unable to include Gmail on Windows Live Mail. </p><p>Jon B &nbsp;</p>
