Windows 8 - Screen Resolution Problems

  Hello ! There...
  
   I want to ask how to change my Windows 8 Pro Screen Resolution .I got error when trying to change my Screen Resolution...
  
                     "Your resolution is lower than 1024 x 768. Some items might not fit                                                                           and apps might not open"                                                                                                                                    and                                                   
                                       "The screen resolution is too low for this app to run"
  
  

  I have change my "Display1_DownScalingSupported" on REGEDIT
  
  location:
  REGEDIT >Computer\HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0001
  Display1_DownScalingSupported
  Change Value
  From 0x00000000 (0) To 0x00000001 (1)Then i open my screen resolution still can't change it....
  It Still 1024 x 600.... Please Help Me...
