can no longer send mail in Thunderbird after the installation of one care RRS feed

  • everything worked fine before this installation
    I checked firewall settings and it seems to be ok...
    This is on both my Windows XP SP3 machine and Vista...
    any thoughts?

  • Can you recieve e-mail in Thunderbird? Can you send mail if you turn off the One Care firewall?

  • The most likely cause for this is that you have other security software installed or not fully removed from the PC from before OneCare's installation. OneCare will not block Thunderbird from sending mail.
