    I cannot start a new session with this error message: Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Help please!

    Hello letni,

    Are you attempting to start a new session using the email invite option?  Could you try via one of the other options?  Are you able to send and receive email?  Thanks.

    Hello Albert,

    Are you using SharedView?  Are you able to send and receive email using Outlook?  Please see http://support.microsoft.com/ if this is related to Outlook and Exchange Server.  Thanks.
