Best way to create complex reports in CRM 2013? RRS feed

  • We just implemented CRM 2013; however it has poor reporting functionality.

    We need to gather data from Leads, accounts, opportunities and aggregate values. What is the best way forward for this?

  • You can use BIDS (Business Intelligence Development Studio)

    if you are OnPremise you can use SQL queries and read the data from the filtered views.

    if you are Online you must use FetchXML for your queries and there are some limitations.
